With such a bold identity it was easy to recreate the brand look & feel, the real challenge was translating the world-class in-store experience customers receive at any of the CT sites globally. We worked with the brand team to develop a setup that was capable of full-service makeovers to simple purchases that could scale depending on the location.

THE OUTCOME

The Pillowtalk Tour 2021 was a resounding success as customers flocked to the pop-up at each location. Whether on the beach in Bournemouth or in heart of Windsor, shoppers could not resist the glitz & glamour on show. The experience demanded your attention!
